REQUIREMENTS
- Current grades;
- Form 138 (if freshman);
- T.O.R. (if transferee);
- Latest grade slip (if GRC student already)

Current Certificate of Matriculation (if GRC student already);

GRC Admission slip or proof of successful compliance with all the GRC Admission requirements (if freshman or transferred-in);

Two (2) Recommendation Letter (from two (2) of any of the ff: Teacher, principal, guidance counselor ,pastor, and/or public official);

Scholarship Application (download here: APPLICATION FORM)
- Testimony (A 500-word essay of the applicant’s life: story, family situation, and his/her reasons why he/she should be granted a scholarship.)
- House Photos (must be 1 page only) — Photos of applicant’s house, which should cover the ff:i. Outside: Front, Back, Sides (Left and Right)ii. Inside: Living Area, Dining, Kitchen, CR and Bedroom/s; andiii. If it’s possible, include the photos of the houses in the surrounding area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Shall be a Filipino citizen;
- Senior High School graduate,
transferred-in student, or currently
enrolled in GRC, - have successfully passed the entrance
examinations of GRC; - an indigent,
- family’s total annual gross income shall not
be exceeding to One Hundred Fifty-Six
Thousand Pesos (156,000.00Php); shall not presently be availing any
scholarship or student grant from CHED, any government offices, NGOs, politicians, or
another institution;
shall have no INC., F.A, 5.00, or any grade
remarks equivalent to these on the recent
grade report, and - a freshman or sophomore college student
in GRC.

- Do not convert the application form into word docs
- Print out, fill out, then submit the scanned copy or picture-taken copy of the application form together with the complete requirements
- Use the proper SUBJECT for email
