OVERVIEW
The institution adopts an “open admission policy” adhering to its mission and vision, GRC will accept student applicants who want to pursue quality higher learning with values instilled to the culture of the institution. We are open to everyone regardless of age, religion, gender, and creed for as long as they are desirous to develop intellectual and critical thinking along with values formation.
Once admitted, a student has the responsibility to maintain, adhere, and follow the standards and policies set for the continuous enrollment in the school.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- PSA Birth Certificate
- F138 (Senior High School Card) for Senior High School graduate.
- Certificate of Rating (for ALS graduate)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character and;
- 2×2 picture (with white background)
- PSA Birth Certificate Honorable DismissalTranscript of Records or Copy of
- Grades
- Certificate of Rating (for ALS
graduate) - Certificate of Good Moral
Character and;2×2 picture (with white - background)
- Permit to cross-enroll from the sending college/university.

ADMISSION
PROCESS FLOW FOR NEW AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS
Proceed to the Cashier and pay for the GRC College Admission Exam Fee (200.00Php)
Submit your admission requirements to the Admission Office. Present your Official Receipt for the College Admission Test to have your schedule.
Take the GRC College Admission Test (GRC CAT) administered by the Admission Office and Personality Test administered by the Guidance Office.
Once successfully passed the GRC CAT, please proceed to the Admission Office to start the enrollment process.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS FLOW FOR 1ST-YEAR, TRANSFEREE,
AND RETURNEE STUDENTS
Proceed to the Faculty Office for academic advising. Present your Prospectus and Grade Slips.
Proceed to the Admission Office to update your student information.
Proceed to the Computer Laboratory on the 2nd Floor for the enrollment of your subjects.
Proceed to the Office of the Registrar and present your PreEnrollment Form (PEF).
Proceed to the Cashier. Pay your tuition fee and receive your C.O.M.
Proceed to the Admission Office. Present your C.O.M. and request for School I.D.
Proceed and present your C.O.M. to the (1st) Library, (2nd) Clinic, and (3rd) Office of Student Affairs(OSA). The OSA will issue your temporary school I.D.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS FLOW FOR OLD STUDENTS
Proceed to the Faculty Office for academic advising. Present your Prospectus and Grade Slips.
Proceed to the Admission Office to update your student information.
Proceed to the Computer Laboratory on the 2nd Floor for the enrollment of your subjects.
Proceed to the Office of the Registrar and present your Pre-Enrollment Form (PEF).
Proceed to the Cashier. Pay your tuition fee and receive your C.O.M.
Proceed and present your C.O.M. to the (1st) Library, (2nd) Clinic, and (3rd) Office of Student Affairs (OSA).
